123Sync.com abides to the principles that all software delivery should be done using the Internet in a downloadable form. 

Purchase Policies

Delivery
All 123Sync.com products are available in electronic, downloadable form only. No materials are shipped. After the product is purchased, you receive an e-mail with the license number that fully enables the product to function indefinitely. 

Return Policy
All 123Sync.com products are non-refundable. Before purchasing, please download the product and evaluate it. Once the product is activated and used, it is non-refundable.

Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that 123Sync will perform as specified. If within 30 days of purchase you find the product not to be to your expectations, we'll refund your money!!!

Licensing
123Sync.com products are licensed to the user and machine where it is installed. Each license number is unique and Data-Fields-Exporter-ContactUS.html Inc. keeps track of all the licenses and each respective customer. Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the installed machine. Sharing of a license number is illegal and such practice will be prosecuted in a court of law.

Upgrade Policy
Unless stated otherwise, all customers receive free upgrades for 30 days after purchasing product.

Credit Card Policy
123Sync.com processes all credit cards on the day of receipt. All cards are charged in U.S. dollars.

Money Order and Check Policy
123Sync.com accepts both money orders and checks in U.S. denomination only. Wire transfers incur an additional $25.00 processing fee.

Privacy Policies

Data-Fields-Exporter-ContactUS.html Inc. is the only owner of the information obtained in this web site. Our policy is not to sell, share, or rent our user information.

Online Purchases
All our online purchases are handled by an outside company. We do not keep any credit card information from our customer base. Any credit card issues must be dealt with the eCommerce provider chosen to process that credit card.

We are not responsible for the privacy policies of sites that we link with. Please read the site's privacy policy.

Newsletters
We periodically send out newsletters. If you have provided us with your email, you will receive the newsletter. Instructions to unsubscribe are included in the newsletter.

Trial Downloads
All our products may be downloaded and tried before you purchase.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Data-Fields-Exporter-ContactUS.html Inc. be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software products or the failure to provide support services.

Support Policies

 

All automated support is free, including email license activation. Any support that requires the intervention of a person that we have to hire, if for-charge.

Installation Policy

123 Synchronizer will provide free installation support for 1 installation of the software.

 

Any installation of a license beyond the first install is not eligible to receive free support. You must purchase support.

 

Transferring a license from one PC to another

In some cases, we allow users to transfer a license from a PC to another. When this occurs, you forfeit ALL free support from 123 Sync and you MUST purchase support if you need help on the new machine. 

 

30 Day Phone Support  Policy

123Sync.com provides free installation support 30 days after the purchase of the product for the original installation. We will not provide any usage support. If you require specific training on 123 Sync, please purchase a 1-hour training session here.
